Job summary

Reveleer is seeking a Staff Engineer to help shape and scale our health-tech platform. This remote role requires hands-on leadership in distributed systems, cloud-native engineering, and data/AI workloads.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with product leaders to accelerate roadmaps. The position emphasizes building scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions with a modern tech stack and strong emphasis on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on staff-level experience with distributed systems at scale.
• Cloud-native engineering with AWS/Azure, microservices, SaaS patterns.
• Experience building or supporting data/AI workloads including ML/LLM integrations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evolve core technical patterns for Reveleer software.
• Write high-quality code, prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable components.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance through pair programming, design reviews, and code reviews as needed.
• Lead design for distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, API dev, and multi-tenant SaaS.
• Partner with data and AI teams to integrate pipelines, analytics, and ML/LLM services.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, risks and architectural gaps, driving pragmatic solutions.
• Work with product leadership to ensure the technical foundation accelerates roadmap delivery.

This is not an advisory role. We need someone who can design patterns, write code, review code, and actively guide teams. The Staff Engineer leads through building, teaching, and raising the engineering bar across the organization.

What You Will Do
