• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural/Structural Engineering.
• EIT certification required.
• Structural engineering educational background.
• Strong structural fundamentals and ability to conceptualize structural systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and 3D visualization skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Structural engineering internship experience.
• Previous structural consulting experience.
• Construction field experience.
• Exposure to residential, multifamily, commercial, seismic, or historic preservation projects.
• Client-facing experience.
• Interest in long-term growth, leadership, and business development.
• Experience working with multiple building materials (wood, steel, concrete).
