Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electronics to lead supplier readiness for ECUs, PCBAs, TLAs, sensors, and related electrical systems. You will drive APQP, risk assessments, process controls, inspections, testing, and capacity readiness to enable stable production.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers to resolve launch issues, perform supplier audits, and mentor engineers on best practices. Travel 20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in automotive electronics manufacturing or supplier program leadership.
• Hands-on experience with ECUs, PCBAs, TLAs, sensors, embedded modules, or safety-related electronics systems.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP/LQP, PFMEA, control plans, and production validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier readiness for electronics components from sourcing through launch and stable production.
• Drive APQP, PPAP/LQP, risk assessments, process controls, inspections, testing, and capacity readiness.
