The ideal candidate has a Professional Engineer license, 5+ years in electrical design and strong client-facing skills. Hybrid or flexible work options after onboarding, with comprehensive benefits and ESOP ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET) required.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support EOR requirements.
• Ability to complete pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers.
• Develop solutions for complex engineering problems for existing client facilities.
• Coordinate with local electrical utilities on project technical needs.
• Lead projects with schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Water Solution team.
