You will review requirements, coordinate test campaigns, and contribute to design reviews while maintaining safety and quality standards. Active Secret clearance is preferred or achievable.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience, or MS with 7+ years of experience.
• Requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain active Secret clearance.
• Experience with missile systems and related standards is preferred.
• Proficient with common test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs).
• MATLAB or Python experience for data analysis and trends.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend industry and company electrical engineering standards.
• Develop and present materials for Requirements and Design Reviews.
• Perform qualification testing, troubleshooting, and data review of complex designs.
• Lead test program development, coordination, and execution.
• Mentor engineers and conduct senior peer reviews.
• Collaborate with IPTs and other engineering teams throughout the lifecycle.
