Job summary

Mytra is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer at their Brisbane, CA office to lead electrical power architecture on their autonomous platform. The role requires a BS degree and at least 8 years of hands-on hardware experience, specializing in power systems. You’ll be responsible for defining product strategies, overseeing product development, and mentoring senior engineers. Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on hardware experience with demonstrated system ownership and technical leadership.
• Ability to design at product-system level and drive component-level designs.
• Experience taking hardware from prototype to production and successfully obtaining FCC/UL/TUV certifications.

• Define electrical power architecture and strategy across product portfolio.
• Lead flagship product development efforts making system-level tradeoffs.
• Drive cross-functional integration by defining clear electrical requirements.
