Join Northrop Grumman as a Staff Electrical Engineer in Roy, Utah, supporting aerospace vehicle equipment. This role offers relocation assistance and requires a Secret security clearance.

About the Role

Lead a team of electrical engineers in developing system wiring diagrams, layouts, and signal quality analysis for the Sentinel missile. Ensure on-time delivery of engineering products and adhere to quality standards. Collaborate across disciplines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and programmatic leadership for AVE scope of work
  • Drive the delivery of electrical designs and analysis to meet project milestones
  • Manage staffing, training, and development of team members
  • Perform earned value management and report on project status
  • Develop leadership succession plans and mentor talent
  • Promote a culture of quality and risk management
  • Engage with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years
  • Active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance
  • Experience in management, electrical design, and integration
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, process development, and product lifecycle
  • Leadership skills, communication, and project management expertise
  • Experience with ECAD software, CPLM, and cross-functional team leadership
Additional Details
