Staff Electrical Engineer – Autonomous Maritime Systems

We are developing advanced autonomous surface vessels and seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to lead the design, integration, and validation of mission‑critical electronics across our unmanned platforms.
What You’ll Own
- Lead development of power distribution, avionics/electronics architectures, and compute/sensor integration.
- Drive board‑level design, schematic capture, component selection, and system‑level integration.
- Oversee EMC, environmental testing, and reliability validation for maritime and defense environments.
- Collaborate with autonomy, mechanical, and software teams on production‑ready electrical systems.
- Support build, bring‑up, troubleshooting, and field deployment activities.
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of experience in electrical engineering for autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, or defense.
- Strong background in power systems (low–medium voltage), embedded electronics, and complex system integration.
- Proficiency with schematic/PCB design tools (e.g., Altium).
- Deep understanding of EMI/EMC, grounding, harnessing, and environmental qualification.
- Ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers.
