Job summary

InnoPhase Inc., DBA GreenWave Radios, is building the next generation of cellular infrastructure and seeks a Staff DSP Algorithm Systems Design Engineer in San Jose to own end-to-end system architecture for 5G NR and O-RAN product lines.

You will translate real-world RF and protocol requirements into silicon-level specs, bridge RF, baseband, and massive MIMO, and lead lab bring-up and characterization with spectrum analyzers and VNAs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of wireless systems development (LTE, 5G NR).
• PhD in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Strong skills in signal processing and RF system analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define system-level architecture for cellular SoCs and mMIMO.
• Develop and maintain system specifications for RF front-end and baseband.
• Run system simulations to validate architecture decisions before tape-out.
• Lead lab bring-up and characterization with RF test equipment.
• Create architecture documents and trade-off memos for product decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for modeling and lab methods.
