Job summary

Memorial Health System is seeking a Dietitian to plan and deliver nutritional care to patients in coordination with physicians. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and exercise independent judgment.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Dietetics, be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or licensed in Illinois, and demonstrate effective communication, adaptability to pressure, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics required.
• Registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration; IL state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers nutritional care to patients according to physicians’ diagnoses.

Education: - Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics required. Licensure/Certification/Registry: - Registration with commission on Dietetic Registration, Licensure with the state of Illinois required.

Experience: - Completion of approved internship preferred.
