Opiniion is a SaaS, AI-first company reshaping how businesses understand and act on customer feedback. We’re seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and security of our AWS infrastructure, balancing live operations with building the next platform alongside senior architects.

You’ll drive infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and observability, mentoring engineers and embedding security throughout deployment, while enabling rapid, trusted growth.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infra with leadership
• Deep AWS expertise (EC2, VPC, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)
• IaC experience (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Proven CI/CD development with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Automation scripting (Python, Bash)
• Observability and monitoring expertise
• Networking and AWS security best practices
• SOC 2 or similar compliance experience
• Comfort in dual-track live-production and greenfield work

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure AWS infra
• Balance existing production with new platform infra
• Collaborate with architects to lay foundation for next-gen platform
• Own and evolve CI/CD tooling and pipelines
• Lead infrastructure as code practices (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Manage core AWS services and optimize costs
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and incident response
• Mentor engineers on DevOps best practices
• Embed security into deployment pipelines
• Partner cross-functionally to scale the platform
