Merakey is seeking a Staff Development Facilitator in Marlton, NJ. You will coordinate and deliver new hire orientation, annual trainings, and ongoing staff development, working with subject matter experts to expand learning opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will manage training records and the learning management system, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide hands-on support by scheduling and delivering sessions.

Compensation: $23.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience

Shift: 1st Shift, 8am-4:30pm M-F

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation, annual trainings, and ongoing staff development programs.
• Support and maintain certifications in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, and safety training programs.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify, develop, and implement training opportunities across the organization.
• Manage training records and learning management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve employee learning and development.
• Provide hands‑on support to employees and facilitators by scheduling, coordinating, and delivering training sessions.
• Utilize technology, virtual learning platforms, and multimedia tools to create engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to support a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• A minimum of six months experience in training and development required
• Six months, recent experience in Intellectual Developmental Disabilities programs
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, strongly preferred
• Onsite position in Marlton, NJ
