Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Lakewood Ranch, FL is opening a premier continuing care community. We seek a Staff Development Manager to lead training, development, and retention for Dining Services, mentoring current and future staff to elevate service.

You will coordinate new hire orientations, create and deliver programs, partner with HR and recruitment, and oversee onboarding. Eligible for bonuses, comprehensive benefits, education assistance, and on-site dining discounts;

Qualifications

• A proven track record of managing and motivating teams in a customer service setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in food service or completion of an educational food service management program preferred.
• Related experience in recruitment, staff development, and training is desirable.

We are seeking a Staff Development Manager, a dynamic, driven professional leader who will play a critical role in the grand opening of Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living’s most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida. In this role, you will lead effective strategies for training, development, and retention of staff for our Dining Services Department. This position is a key role that works with current and future staff to mentor and monitor their professional skills and development.

Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state‑of‑the‑art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care.
