Genesis HealthCare seeks a Dual Nurse Educator/Infection Prevention Clinical Management professional for Sistersville Post Acute. An RN is required. A $5K hiring bonus is offered and the role focuses on orienting and educating nursing staff while overseeing infection prevention and clinical management.

Responsibilities include developing education programs, supervising staff during orientation, conducting competency testing, and managing Employee Health activities, vaccines, and immunizations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN license.
• Minimum three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
• Two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year as an educator preferred.
• Excellence in clinical nursing skills required.
• Experience in Gerontology preferred.
• Training and/or experience in adult learning preferred.
