Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist at Clinton Gardens. The role requires RN licensure and involves education, skills assessment, training, clinical observations, and QA audits under the Director of Nursing Services.

You will help with new hire onboarding and staff engagement to boost recognition and retention. This position emphasizes growth, development, and adherence to CARE values while promoting resident care quality and staff

Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist Opportunity at Clinton Gardens

The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting with new employee hiring. This role requires a high level of engagement with staff to champion employee recognition and retention programs while serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
