  • Salary: Starting at $65K
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, On-Call

Responsibilities
Training
  • Coordinate and perform in-service education, CPR, and annual competencies.
  • Assist with recordkeeping for in-service education and new hire orientation.
Safety and Sanitation
  • Understand and practice company HR policies and legal compliance.
  • Assist with employee documentation and scheduling in accordance with policies.
  • Coordinate vaccination efforts and participate in facility committees.
  • Maintain employee certification records.
Staffing
  • Manage nursing schedules and adjust based on census and needs.
  • Complete staffing sheets and assist in staffing adjustments.
  • Support nursing supervisory staff with staffing needs.
Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and follow-up.
  • Recruit qualified staff and handle applicant inquiries.
  • Ensure proper documentation and orientation for new hires.
