Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive prototypes and solutions to enhance the onboarding experience, ensuring effective presentation of information and a user-friendly flow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and evaluate their potential to enhance the onboarding program, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Program Managers, and Leadership to create innovative onboarding tools and interfaces that support product logic and content.
- Provide guidance on tool selection, best practices, and new technologies to improve the onboarding process.
- Analyze existing onboarding processes and identify areas for improvement through usability testing and data analysis.
- Research, develop, and implement new technologies and applications to create scalable and efficient onboarding solutions.
- Lead teams and contribute to high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable improvements to the onboarding experience.
- Define and lead key workstreams in the end-to-end change plan, engaging stakeholders and providing recommendations to remove risks and barriers.
Compensation and Benefits
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
- Bay Area, California: $179,500 - $243,000
- Southern California: $173,000 - $234,000
This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To promote pay equity, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across ethnicity and gender categories.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Multimedia Experience Designer, Design Technologist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive prototypes and design solutions.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with motion design and/or animation.
- Experience in designing and developing usability testing scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging technologies and trends and apply them to enhance user experiences.
- Proven ability to lead projects and drive results.
