Job summary

Ladders seeks a Staff Deployment Strategist to lead discovery, design, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You will partner with senior stakeholders to prototype ideas, define success metrics, and shape scalable implementations in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities include leading discovery, prototyping AI agents, defining KPIs, and delivering across multiple teams while balancing quick wins with long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting or solution roles with data platform companies.
• Hands-on experience with data technologies, including SQL and familiarity with Python and APIs
• Strong communication skills, particularly with Director and Senior Director stakeholders
• Proven history of building low-code or no-code solutions from prototype to production
• Advanced problem-solving abilities to navigate ambiguity across multiple dimensions
• Understanding of AI agent patterns, LLMs, data governance, and metadata management preferred
• Technical degree preferred; advanced degrees such as an MBA or Master’s are a plus

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Deployment Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead the discovery, design, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions that help customers turn complex business challenges into measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to prototype ideas quickly, define success metrics, and shape scalable implementations that balance immediate impact with long-term maintainability. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination, thoughtful risk management, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $127,000–$171,450 annually
