FDIHB, Inc. (Tséhootsooí Medical Center) is seeking full-time Dentists and Specialists, trained in General Dentistry or Pediatric Dentistry, to join our hospital-based dental outpatient team. We welcome dentists and specialists with all experience levels.
- As a team of over 50 dental employees, our goal is to create happy, healthy smiles by providing high-quality dental care to underserved individuals and families in our communities.
- The dental department is well established with modern A-DEC operatory units, digital radiography (intraoral, pano, CB/CT), digital charting, air-driven and electric handpieces, endodontic microscopes, apex locators, rotary endodontics, and more.
- Provide comprehensive dental services, including emergency care, exams, restorative dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, fixed prosthodontics, oral surgery, and removable prosthodontics.
- Utilize Expanded Function Dental Assistants trained to complete dental prophylaxis, basic and complex amalgam, and composite restorations.
- Comprehensive Pediatric Dentistry provided in outpatient clinical setting, as well as, the Operating Room setting to enable full mouth rehabilitation. Dedicated Pediatric Dental Assistants.
- 4-10-hour day work week with 3-day weekends. No on-call requirement.
- Comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive salary, relocation incentive, annual Continuing Education (CE) allowance, and professional development.
- Full-time positions offer a $20,000 sign-on incentive for an initial 2-year commitment; or, $45,000 sign-on for 3 years (or more) of a service commitment (Gross up for tax purposes).
- National Health Services Corps (NHSC) LRP offers up to $75,000 towards qualifying educational loans.
- Indian Health Services (I.H.S.) LRP offers up to $50,000 towards qualifying educational loans.
- NHSC or I.H.S. LRP can be used as part of your Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) strategy.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K matching, and Hospital pays state licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

Experience:
- Seven (7) years clinical experience specifically with Pediatric Dentistry and Special-Needs Patient Care (children and adults) in the dental profession as a General Dentist.
Education:
- Completion of an American Dental Association (ADA)-approved advanced education programs in Pediatric Dentistry Accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (*Applicant must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Dentistry).
- Completion of an accredited Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (if applying as a general dentist).
- Active, unrestricted Dental License from any U.S. State or Territory.
- Current, valid, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) License.
Licensure:
- Active, unrestricted Dental License from any U.S. State or Territory.
- Current, valid, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) License.
