Liberty Dental Plan is looking for a Staff Dentist to join our growing team! The ideal candidate must have an unrestricted license or certification to practice dentistry in New Jersey and the ability to obtain a license in West Virginia.

The Staff Dentist will primarily oversee Utilization Management and Review Programs, ensuring timely decision-making and adjudication of dental claims across all lines of business, including Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid. Responsibilities include clinical review of claims, participating in training and calibration, conducting quality management activities, and collaborating with various committees and programs.

Qualifications include a DDS/DMD degree, active unrestricted dental license, at least 2 years of claims processing experience, and 4+ years of practicing dentistry. Knowledge of clinical procedures, cost management, and familiarity with managed care systems are essential.
