Job Description

Under the direction of the Dental Director, provides general dentistry services to a diverse patient population in an outpatient hospital clinic. Participates in the daily activities of the GPR program, supervises and mentors residents, and acts as a resource to staff dentists. Provides dental sedation services and performs procedures in the Operating Room.

Minimum Requirements

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree and Missouri Dental license
• 4-5 years of dental experience
• Strong verbal communication skills for patient explanations and consultations
• Effective written communication skills for documentation
• Ability to assist patients weighing up to 200 pounds
• DEA and MO BNDD licenses
• Membership in UH/TMC Medical Staff
