CareSouth Medical & Dental is looking for a Staff Dentist to provide preventive dental diagnosis and treatment care for patients in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The candidate should be experienced, emotionally mature, and able to function effectively under stress.

Responsibilities include examining patients, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring high standards of care. Education from an accredited Dental School and a valid State of Louisiana Dental License is required.

Formación

• Minimum one to two years of experience in a community health center setting preferred.
• Must be Board Certified/Eligible in a primary care dental specialty.
• Current State of Louisiana Dental License is required.

Responsabilidades

• Examine, provide diagnosis, and plan treatment for patients.
• Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planning, and oral hygiene instruction.
• Provide immediate treatment of dental emergencies.
• Prescribe medications and administer anesthetics.
