Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Data Scientist for the Subscriptions product team. You will lead analytics strategy across the subscription lifecycle, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design to influence roadmaps and drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science and analytics with impact.
• Experience with subscription, membership, or lifecycle products preferred.
• Translate product questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Experimentation and causal inference experience.
• Segmentation and experiment judgment balancing rigor and business needs.
• Lightweight ML capabilities for offline models to inform decisions.
• Experience building reusable analytics assets for teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead subscriptions analytics strategy by owning the analytics agenda for Subscriptions and mapping the member journey end to end.
• Partner with product leadership to connect data insights with business context and influence roadmap.
• Apply advanced methods including ML and causal inference to subscription problems like churn and pricing.
• Design and run experiments (A/B/n, quasi-experiments) to evaluate changes.
• Build member segmentation to support targeting and offers.
• Contribute to an AI-native roadmap and measure model impact on outcomes.
• Mentor the team and promote best practices in experimentation.
