Google Health Search is seeking a high-impact data role to define the future of AI-generated health guidance. In this high-impact role on the Google Health Search team, you will define the future of AI-generated health guidance, a top Alphabet priority. You will develop and own the core evaluation frameworks, metrics, and methodologies that ensure our AI-powered health answers are safe, helpful, and of the highest quality. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering leaders, you will influence strategy and roadmaps by translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations. You will also apply and pioneer advanced statistical, machine learning, and large language model (LLM) techniques to solve novel challenges in the safety and helpfulness of health information.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
