Job summary

Boulevard Labs, Inc. seeks a Staff Data Scientist to build the Product Intelligence function and own core analytics responsibilities. You will develop data foundations, instrumentation, and models to understand customer behavior and guide product decisions across multiple teams.

You’ll lead experimentation, design scalable data workflows, and partner with product, engineering, and leadership to drive strategic outcomes. This is a fully remote role with strong ownership expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in data science, product analytics, or engineering in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
• Fluency with SQL and BI tools; Python/Jupyter and cloud data stacks.
• Experience designing instrumentation, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Build product data foundations and data models with data engineering teams.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to inform strategy and action.
• Create self-serve dashboards and visualizations for broad audiences.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on funnels, retention, and feature adoption.
• Bridge product data with cross-functional decision-making.
• Create scalable analytical workflows and ensure data accuracy.
• Own experimentation design and analysis for feature launches.
• Model customer behavior and land outputs into production.
