Qualifications

• BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of data science or product analytics experience with predictive modeling and experimentation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven roadmaps with milestones.
• Strong communication to influence decision-makers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business, Product Management, Product Development and Design to lead data science projects end-to-end.
• Translate complex business requirements into a data science roadmap with milestones.
• Develop predictive models, run experiments beyond A/B tests, and extract actionable insights.
• Design dashboards and present data visually to inform product decisions.
• Articulate business-relevant analyses from data for all levels of leadership.
• Present findings to senior leaders, telling compelling data stories.
