Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 10 years of analytics experience solving product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) or 8 years with a Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis utilizing relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python). Provide analytical thought leadership through proactive and strategic contributions.
• Own outcomes for projects by defining problems, developing metrics, extracting/manipulating data, visualizing, implementing models, and presenting to stakeholders.
• Develop solutions, lead and manage ambiguous problems by framing, hypothesizing, and making recommendations combining analytical and product-specific expertise.
• Oversee integration of cross-functional project timelines, develop process improvements, and help define operational goals.
• Oversee contributions of others and develop colleagues’ capabilities in the area of specialization.
