The role anchors data strategy, partnering with executives and HR to solve workforce challenges and deliver reliable data products at scale. This position is based in US offices with in-person work required several days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience defining user requirements and launching internal data tools.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, and psychometrics.
• Direct experience integrating language models into data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the next phase of talent intelligence by building predictive frameworks.
• Architect a unified workforce data model across recruiting, performance, surveys, and tools.
• Define the metrics dictionary and semantic layer for consistency at scale.
• Drive data access control and governance with role-based permissions.
• Redesign employee sentiment architecture with continuous listening and real-time health indicators.
• Own product delivery for internal data interfaces with Enterprise Engineering collaboration.
• Enforce rigorous statistical standards with A/B testing and psychometrics.
