Qualifications

• Experience solving real-world business problems using data-driven optimization and ML modeling.
• Ability to measure and optimize business impact of work.
• Proficient with SQL, large-scale data handling, and at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.).
• Experience building ML models from scratch for new applications including selection of labels, metrics and features.

Responsibilities

• Master Claim Audits: analyze clinical and coding audits to understand data driving decisions.
• Model Advancement: curate labeled data, hypothesize features, and build models to target audits.
• Optimize Impact: rigorously measure model performance and translate into client insights.
• Tame Complexity: work with large, messy data pipelines to enable robust modeling.
