Ripple is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to serve as the technical lead across its diverse product and business portfolio. You will define analytics vision, build frameworks, and use AI tooling to accelerate analytics across the company.

In this role, you’ll frame the most important questions with product leads, set analytical standards, and drive decisions with a thorough foundation. Expect mentorship and cross-team impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or quantitative analysis with cross-team impact.
• Proven technical leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing reusable analytics and measurement frameworks.
• Hands-on AI-enabled analytics and agentic workflows.
• Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Be the DS tech lead across multiple product and business teams.
• Partner with product leads to define analytics strategy and success.
• Build scalable scientific frameworks for product and network health.
• Pioneer AI-accelerated analytics using LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Evaluate growth with causal drivers and communicate metrics to executives.
• Mentor embedded teams and raise the bar for the DS function.
