Job summary

Mozilla Corporation in the United States is seeking a senior Data Scientist to lead analytics for the Ads business. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to frame problems and drive decisions.

You will own end-to-end analyses, design experiments, develop metrics, and translate findings for technical and executive audiences, contributing to monetization strategies and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied quantitative roles.
• Experience with digital advertising or a related monetization business.
• Strong technical foundation in Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to independently frame ambiguous problems.
• Excellent analytical judgment and communication skills.
