This hands‑on leadership role combines architecture, implementation, cross‑functional influence, and team development.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of software engineering experience with data platforms or large‑scale backends.
• Expertise architecting distributed systems and high‑throughput pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of big data technologies and modern data platforms.
• Proficient in Python, Java, C++, Rust or Go with production experience.
• Experience with data compliance and secure data handling in regulated environments.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams through complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for the data platform, balancing scalability and security.
• Architect next‑generation pipelines and storage for petabyte‑scale data.
• Lead technology decisions across platform design and infrastructure strategy.
• Advance governance, privacy controls, and compliance frameworks.
