Job summary

the company seeks experienced Software Engineers to join the Data Platform team, building high-volume, low-latency data services and ML-ready data products. You will design and deploy infrastructure powering data analytics with technologies like Kinesis, Flink, ElasticSearch and Snowflake.

You will own key components, drive performance and scale, mentor teammates, and contribute to a security- and data-driven roadmap, all while enjoying equity and a compelling compensation package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in object-oriented languages (preferably Java).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based distributed computing and streaming tech.
• Strong background in building scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and own data-intensive, high-performance, scalable platform components
• Collaborate with engineering teams on project development, design and implementation
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, analysis and performance tuning
• Coach and mentor engineers to scale the organization
• Debug production issues across services and multiple stack levels
