Reality Defender is a lean, well-funded startup that detects deepfakes and AI-generated media for enterprises and governments. We seek a leader to own the data platform for AI research at scale and to drive distributed processing workloads using Spark and Databricks.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience building data platforms, can manage high-volume data pipelines, and will contribute to a cutting-edge multi-model platform powering safety and trust in AI applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building data platforms with staff-level ownership.
• Deep experience with Spark, Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Experience scaling Databricks and distributed processing for synthetic data.
