Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on data architecture, data modeling, and metadata management.
• Strong SQL, Python; working knowledge of Go/Java/Scala.

Responsibilities

• Set architecture and roadmap for the metrics platform, balancing freshness, accuracy, reliability, and cost.
• Design and scale data models and pipelines for billions of records with SLAs and freshness signals.
• Evolve semantic layer; build APIs to navigate metric definitions, lineage, and ownership.
• Lead metric certification, governance, and design reviews; mentor senior engineers.
