Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.**Position Summary*** Design and develop complex and large-scale data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data to generate insights and addresses reporting needs.* Develop frameworks, standards & reference material for architecture and associated products.* Write complex ETL (Extract / Transform / Load) processes, designs database systems and develops tools for real-time and offline analytic processing.* Deploy analytics programs, machine learning, and statistical methods to prepare data for use in predictive and prescriptive modeling.* Build infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using modern data engineering technologies.* Generate reports and updates to inform leadership of Data Engineering operations, recommending ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.* Collaborate with stakeholders including the executive, product, and design teams to assist with data-related technical issues that support the company's data infrastructure needs.* Act as a SME on data engineering projects, sharing project developments and clarifying requests with stakeholders to ensure operations comply with stakeholders' standards.* Coach junior-level team members and share knowledge with the broader company team to disseminate project plans and improve department operations.* Collaborate with data science team to generate data tools for analytics, transform data and integrate algorithms and models into highly available, production systems. **Required Qualifications** * 7-10 years work experience* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related discipline* Adept at problem solving and decision making skills* Adept at collaboration and teamwork* Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills* Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills* Adept at business intelligence**Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with cloud systems like GCP, Azure and AWS* Experience building solutions that utilize GenAI capabilties. **Education** * Masters degree in Computer Science or other relevant Engineering degree**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$106,605.00 - $260,590.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
