Job summary

Circle is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive AI-enhanced insights for its Business and Marketing teams in the US. You will build scalable data products, mentor teammates, and partner with senior leaders to align data initiatives with strategic goals.

You will design data models, dashboards, and pipelines to enable self-service analytics, apply AI methods to generate insights, and deliver high-impact analyses that strengthen partnerships and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales analytics or business analytics.
• Strong analytics delivering strategic business decisions.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling to build scalable data products.
• Experience using APIs and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Experience developing prompts for AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact analysis and reporting to support Business and Marketing.
• Design scalable data models, dashboards, and pipelines for self-service analytics.
• Identify and lead AI/ML tool implementations to streamline workflows.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver insights and improve partnerships.
• Maintain high-quality documentation to support repeatable analysis.
• Apply data architecture and AI methods to optimize business systems.
• Mentor teammates and promote analytics engineering best practices.
