The role focuses on building self-service analytics, predictive insights, and robust data workflows while mentoring peers in analytics engineering and AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales analytics, business analytics, or related field.
• Experience delivering advanced analytics for strategic decisions.
• Strong SQL and data modeling for scalable data products.
• Proficiency with APIs and Python to extract, transform, analyze data.
• Ability to develop prompts for AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini or similar).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Solid knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem.

• Design and implement scalable data models, dashboards, and pipelines.
