A cybersecurity company is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to lead data analysis for sales strategy. This role requires expertise in SQL and BI tools, effective communication of insights, and a strong understanding of sales data. Compensation Range: $155,000 to $170,000 base plus bonus and equity

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Staff Data Analyst to be a key partner to our executive and Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership teams. In this role, you will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that directly influence sales strategy, GTM execution, and business growth. You will own the analytical framework for measuring the health of our customer acquisition, growth, and retention motions. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate a metric-driven narrative to a wide range of stakeholders.
Annual Recurring Revenue that measures monthly, quarterly, and annual changes in Net New ARR, Net Logo Counts, and Units. New Logo Funnel to understand stage conversion rates, sales cycle lengths, and connections to marketing activities. Expand Funnel to measure the conversion rates, deal sizes, and attribution of customer-focused sales and marketing activities to expand and cross-sell opportunities.
