This senior IC role goes beyond reporting, shaping data usage across the organization through deep insights and mentorship of peers.

You will build dashboards and models, define KPIs, and translate business questions into structured analyses using SQL, Excel, and BI platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics or data-focused roles.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; strong BI experience.

This role goes beyond reporting to shape how data is used across the organization through deep insights, strong business context, and analytical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact analyses that inform strategic and operational decisions

• Define and standardize KPIs, metrics, and analytical best practices

• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches

• Build and maintain advanced dashboards, models, and analytical frameworks

• Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to guide data-driven decision-making

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through proactive analysis

• Review and elevate the work of junior and senior analysts through mentorship

• Improve data quality, documentation, and metric governance

• Influence analytics roadmap and tooling decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 7+ years of experience in analytics or data-focused roles

• Advanced SQL and strong proficiency in Excel or similar tools

• Experience with BI and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

• Strong statistical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Python or R for analysis

• Familiarity with data modeling and data engineering concepts

• Experience working with executive stakeholders

• Domain expertise (e.g., finance, HR, operations, product analytics)
