CACI is seeking a Staff Computer Vision AI/ML Engineer to join a team working on cutting-edge CV AI/ML solutions for remote sensing, ATR, and data fusion. The role involves maturing models for cloud deployment and guiding a team from prototype to operations.

Ideal candidates will lead researchers and developers, collaborate with strategy leadership, and shape a growing AI/ML portfolio across defense and commercial applications.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading an interdisciplinary team of researchers and software developers to deliver AI/ML CV solutions.
• Experience selecting AI/ML approaches and iterating to improve performance.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, OpenCV).
• Experience training convolutional or transformer-based CV models (e.g., YOLO, Vision Transformer).
• Strong technical communication skills for internal reports and customer-facing docs.
• 7+ years in software development or data science with 3+ years in AI/ML model development.
• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance.

• Lead a team of developers and researchers to implement AI/ML CV algorithms for remote sensing.
• Analyze and preprocess large remote sensing datasets.
• Research ATR and multimodal data fusion for remote sensing.
• Explore performance gains from multimodal fusion under diverse data collection scenarios.
• Train, optimize, and deploy deep learning CV models for actionable insights.
• Review publications and translate concepts for government customers and internal teams.
• Write technical documentation for code, capabilities, and user guides.
