Qualifications

• Required - Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Preferred - transactional and negotiation experience or other comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers legal services to the organization's internal clients as a member of the legal department.
• Provides legal transactional support including drafting, negotiating, and contract reviews.
• Performs legal research and training and provides general corporate legal support.
• Identifies and guards against legal risks.
• Interacts with outside counsel and administrative staff.
