Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, review, direct and resolve collection litigation matters cost-effectively and in a compliant manner.
• Ensure adherence to relevant company policies and regulations.
• Prepare and attend hearings and trials; negotiate with opposing counsel and conduct discovery.
• Maintain and enhance company reputation with courts, vendors, outside counsel, and consumers.
