We’re seeking a Staff Content & Conversational Designer, AI to define how language, interaction, and trust shape the future of mental health technology. This is a staff-level role for a content designer ready to establish frameworks, mentor peers, and ensure AI-powered experiences are clear, inclusive, and clinically trustworthy.
You’ll design at the intersection of UX writing, AI conversation design, and product strategy — helping us responsibly harness generative AI to improve access to care, reduce friction, and enhance engagement for millions of patients and providers.
The base salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000.
