Job summary

Tria Federal in the United States is seeking a Staff II Consultant to join our healthcare consulting professionals. Our consultants play a critical role in client engagements, coordinating and leading project teams and delivering contract deliverables with a client-focused mindset.

The successful candidate will have 5–7 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while communicating

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years consulting or healthcare ops experience in an MCO preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; MBA/MS preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare business processes and operations.
  • Strong ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage client needs.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Admin or Business Admin preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client organization and goals to facilitate delivery, renewals, expansion, and new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate evolving market trends to identify impact to client operations and share knowledge.
  • Actively lead project teams, providing leadership and feedback on work products and client needs.
  • Inform leadership and the client of project status.
  • Manage client relationships, including communications, risk mitigation, stakeholder management and strategic development.
  • Oversee project resources and bridge any resource gaps.
  • Deliver effective internal and external presentations and facilitate client and internal meetings.
  • Meet internal and external deadlines by efficiently managing time and resources.

Our consultants play a critical role in the continued long-term growth of the company and spend a significant amount of time interacting with clients, coordinating and leading project team members and developing and contributing to work products and contract deliverables. We are looking for candidates who possess a tendency towards action, have innovative ideas and the ability to anticipate a client’s needs to achieve extraordinary results.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience required, preferably within a Managed Care Organization (MCO)
  • Bachelor's degree required. Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge and a working understanding of business processes and/or operations within the healthcare industry (commercial or federal).
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables in tight time frames.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office mastery (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

  • Successful experience creating professional, executive level products using Microsoft tools.
  • Successful experience with professional communications and virtual presentations.
  • Successful experience in directly supporting healthcare leaders accomplish their strategic and professional goals.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field ideal.
