Job summary

Deep expertise in distributed systems, reliability, and cloud platforms.
Proven track record leading multi-quarter technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy and roadmap for agent-driven cluster lifecycle management.
Partner across teams to ingest new compute capacity on time.
Align with physical build-out and cloud solutions for high-bandwidth inter-cluster connectivity.
Collaborate with security owners to ensure clusters are secure-by-default.
Define strategy on scalability, homogeneity and fault tolerance.
Shape long-term compute, data, and infrastructure strategy with internal teams.
Establish operational-excellence practices: incident response and on-call health.
Mentor and coach engineers to grow technical capabilities.
