Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Cloud Infrastructure Architect to define and govern cloud foundations that scale securely across Azure and AWS. You will drive modernization roadmaps, landing zones, and capacity planning while partnering with Security, Quality, Data, and Application teams.

You will lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and apply AI-enabled insights to accelerate reliable, compliant infrastructure across Empower's growing operations in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in infrastructure/cloud engineering preferred.
• Experience owning architecture across Azure and AWS in regulated, high-growth environments.
• Strong governance, auditability, and cost-management expectations are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define cloud architecture principles, reference patterns, and modernization roadmaps across Azure and AWS.
• Lead migrations to cloud-native services with repeatable landing zones and secure connectivity.
• Design capacity, resilience, and performance strategies with AI-assisted forecasting and observability data.
