An established industry player is seeking a dedicated clinician to join their Counseling Center's clinical team. This role involves delivering vital clinical services, including individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and emergency evaluations. A core member of the Counseling Center's clinical team reporting to the Associate Director, the staff clinician delivers direct clinical services to a diverse client population in individual and group modalities. These services include individual psychotherapy for a caseload of regular clients, group psychotherapy, walk-in sessions, triage, crisis intervention, critical incident response, emergency evaluation, and consultation. Additional responsibilities include the provision of clinical training and supervision to externs and fellows, development and delivery of psychoeducational outreach and training programs and materials, contribution to reporting documents, participation in select campus events and meetings, and engagement in all aspects of Counseling Center operations as assigned. This position requires participation in after-hours on-call rotation, providing expert crisis consultation and care coordination by phone during student mental health emergencies.
Clinicians with established skills in CBT, DBT, ACT, and/or behavioral therapy are preferred. Clinicians with experience in acute care settings and/or university mental health settings are preferred.
