Job summary

The position supports cross-functional teams, requires 2–3 years in orthopaedic R&D, and offers in-office collaboration at Boston or Raynham with a minimum three days per week on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Robotics Engineering or related field. Master’s/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on orthopaedic R&D experience including analysis of clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute clinical and technical expertise to ideation and early-stage evaluation of novel design concepts.
• Support feasibility assessment and prototype development aligned with clinical needs and regulatory pathways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define patient journeys and product maps.
• Lead clinical hazard analyses and risk mapping to inform project scope.
