Job summary

Walt Disney Company’s Disneyland Resort is seeking a Staff Civil Engineer to support development and sustainment of assets across the resort. You will lead design, RFPs, and field verification for utilities, drainage, and foundations, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure code compliance and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil engineering design experience.
• Experience with design, procurement, and construction support.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, Adobe Acrobat, or Bluebeam Revu.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Knowledge of civil utility standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner’s Representative from concept through construction.
• Manage contract document design with in-house and outside resources.
• Develop concepts and RFPs.
• Attend site visits from concept through construction.
• Review drawings to ensure codes and standards.
• Provide civil resources for design scope, planning and feasibility.
• Coordinate with disciplines for constructability.
• Lead design guideline adherence with Disney standards.
• Review shop drawings and responses to RFIs.
• Lead underground utilities system modeling.
